Dear Parents/Caregivers,Greetings.Recitation and memorization are two strategies to enhance children’s cognitive abilities. Gaining knowledge about Shloks has a healing effect on the body and soul by encouraging positivism and assisting in self-harmonization. In addition to the previously described benefits, chanting Shloks also sharpens the rhythmic breathing method, increases attention, and stimulates the mind. Their performance is enhanced by reciting the Shloks frequently. Because of how quickly their memory can recall things, children may acquire Shloks at a very young age and spread the amazing values that we learn in this culture. Because it respects traditions and customs and maintains the aforementioned in mind, Oshwal Academy Nairobi Nursery has organized the Shlok Recitation Competition for students ages 3 to 10 on March 22, 2025.This competition is open to all children in Nairobi and the neighbouring areas. Students from all schools are welcome to participate, and it is highly useful to them.
