Join us for a vibrant celebration of Navratri on Friday, 26th September 2025, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Karania Hall, Oshwal Centre! This special event will honour the nine nights of Navratri, a festival traditionally celebrated with immense joy and colour, particularly in the Indian state of Gujarat.
Our program will feature two beautiful and energetic traditional dances:
- 1.Garba: A graceful dance performed in a circle, symbolizing the continuous cycle of life.
- 2. Dandiya-Raas: A lively partner dance where participants strike decorated bamboo sticks (dandiyas) together in intricate rhythms, moving from slow, elegant motions to fast-paced, exciting movements.
Learners and parents are encouraged to wear bright, traditional attire and participate in the dances. We’ll also have a special time for prayers, as we ask for blessings from Maa Durga for the coming year. Refreshments will be served
We invite all parents to join us for this evening of devotion, dance, community, and tradition. Let’s come together to celebrate and make this an unforgettable event!
