We are pleased to inform you that Oshwal Academy Nairobi Nursery in partnership with Blingers Empire has organized an exciting Hadithi Gymnastics Festival where all the students will be given a platform to learn various Gymnastics skills and showcase their skills followed by awarding on Saturday, 20th July 2024 at Nursery Campus.

 

About : HADITHI GYMNASTICS FESTIVAL is a Gymnastics platform to celebrate, appreciate and nurture young talent and learn to maintain a flexible body. The festival is open for gymnasts aged 4 years to 17 years, which is set take place from 9 am to 4 pm.

Activities: The festival will start with workshop then ends with showcase from different institutions.

Category Names: Kifaru – 4 to 6.11 years. Ø Chui – 7 to 9.11 years. Ø Ndovu – 10 to 13.11 years. Ø Simba – 14 to 17 years.

In the workshop session:

- Fitness and flexibility

- Drills

- Skill applications

In the afternoon session:

- Presentation from individual, learning institutes and gymnastics company.

-We will provide the equipment needed and facilitation of the event for the success of the workshop.

-A certificate of participation will be awarded to each participant at the end of the festival.

FLOW OF THE EVENT:

• Drop your ward/s at 8.40 am and register at Oshwal Nursery’s Reception Office.
• It will be a 3- hour workshop from 9 am to 12 noon.
• Lunch from 12 noon to 1 pm.
• Presentation of Skills from 1 pm to 3 pm
• Certification from 3 pm to 4 pm 
• Dispersal at 4 pm from MPH 2

Participation fee per child is Ksh 1500/-.

Instructions:

1. Kindly send your ward/s in a comfortable attire (pack an extra pair of clothes in case of emergency) and shoes.
2. Kindly pack a water bottle, healthy snacks, and lunch for your child. Ensure all the items are labelled and no valuable materials/ money /ornaments should be carried.
3. Please label each belonging, the school will not be responsible for any loss of belongings.
4. Food counter for snacks and juices at a cost is available.
5. This event is for all the children, their siblings, cousins, and friends.
6. We will not accept cash.
7. There is no refund in case of cancellation or absenteeism due any reason.
8. Parents must arrange the transport (own pick and drop).
9. Drop off time from 8.40 am and pick up time from 4.10 pm for students attending the event.
10. We shall have a first aider on duty for first aid.
11. Do not send your ward if he/she is sick/unwell.

Kindly register your ward/s before 8th July 2024 and fill in the indemnity form at the Reception Office.
