A human, animal, or object/thing portrayed as a person in a story is referred to as a literary character. A story must have two essential components: that is characters and the plot, or the events that take place in the story. Playing dress up actually begins at early years and then never stops.

Oshwal Academy Nairobi Nursery has chosen the first subject, “Characters,” and on Tuesday, 6th June 2023, we will hold a fancy-dress event for the Preschoolers called “Book Characters.” By giving children the freedom to express themselves artistically, it aims to improve their literacy abilities and foster a love of reading in learners. Students from all the classrooms at the same level will get to participate based on interest and speak a few lines to describe his/her character. Non-participants and our teachers will be in the audience. Mark the day in your calendar and don’t forget to prepare your ward by inspiring him/her in taking part in this interesting literary platform.
