Bharatanatyam is one such art form that encourages values like commitment and discipline, making it one of the most popular interests, especially among children. Beginning on 13th January 2023, these lessons will be taught at the Oshwal Academy Nairobi Nursery every Friday from 4 to 5 p.m.
Smt. Sushma Kotireddy, a phenomenally talented Bharatanatyam dancer and choreographer will be the instructor. By putting in the necessary efforts and taking these lessons regularly, learners can master Bharatanatyam, the Indian traditional form of classical dance.
Please take note that the outfit is Kurti and pyjama/tights to let the students practice comfortably. It is OPEN TO ALL individuals, and everyone who is 5.5 years old and above can enrol including adults. For ten lessons, the cost is 3000ksh.
