SCHOOL YEAR GROUPS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- Playgroup- Preschool – first 25 enrolments only
- Kindergarten– first 50 enrolments only
- Reception and Year 1 – first 50 enrolments only
- Year 2 and 3 – first 25 enrolments only
OPEN TO ALL LEARNERS IN NAIROBI
FOR TWO WEEKS –5200 Ksh and ANY ONE WEEK: – 3200 Ksh
Week 2: – Monday, 8th to Saturday, 13th December 2025 (12th Dec – Public Holiday)

PAYMENTS FOR THE ABOVE CAMP:
Through a Cheque drawn in favour of OSHWAL ACADEMY NAIROBI or Parents paying through M-Pesa pay bill no. 609392, are required to indicate the child’s name for easier account tracking. *e.g. James Dec HC. We will not accept cash.
POINTS TO BE NOTED:
- This camp is OPEN TO ALL students, their siblings, and friends of the same age.
- Entries are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Registration deadline is 28th November 2025.
- Seats are limited to maintain the quality of training and good care.
- Each child will be issued a participation certificate and a gift on successful completion of camp days.
- CAMP Charge: 5200 Ksh for two weeks and 3200 Ksh for any one week. There is no refund in case of cancellation or absenteeism for any reason.
- Kindly fill out the indemnity form shared via email and update the Reception office before the deadline.
- The school will provide the learners with activity equipment and resources during the camp.
- To avoid distractions to the learners/campers, no parents, shadow teachers, or nannies are allowed to be present during the camp.
- We have enough staff to monitor your child’s health and safety.
- Please note to arrange your child’s healthy food, milk, fruits, dry fruits, water bottle, juice, cap, healthy and heavy snacks.
- Kindly note that campers must carry one extra labelled item of clothing in their bag, come dressed in sportswear and comfortable shoes.
- School remains closed on Public holidays.
- Parents have to arrange the transport (their own pick and drop).
- There will be no class adjustments if any child reports late or is absent for the day/s mentioned.
- We shall have a first aider on duty for first aid.
- Do not send your ward if he/she is sick/unwell.
- Please label every belonging; the school will not be responsible for any loss of belongings.
- Ensure that you drop your child off on time at the Oshwal Nursery, near the Reception office only.
- Parking will be available for parents at Oshwal Nursery and Oshwal Complex for a limited time to avoid the traffic.
- Drop off time from 8.40 am and pick up time from 1.10 pm for students attending the holiday camp.
