- Reception – first 50 enrolments only (5 years plus)
- Year 1- first 50 enrolments only (6 years plus)
- Year 2- first 25 enrolments only (7 years plus)

CHARGES: – 7500 Ksh (15 days / all 3 weeks)
ANY ONE WEEK – 3500 Ksh
FREE: 1 Zumba Session (40 minutes) for parents of the campers.
PAYMENTS FOR THE ABOVE CAMP:
Through a Cheque drawn in favour of OSHWAL ACADEMY NAIROBI or parents paying through MPESA pay bill no. 609392, they are required to indicate the child’s name for easier account tracking, e.g., James July HC. We will not accept cash.

POINTS TO BE NOTED:
- This camp is for OSHWAL ACADEMY NAIROBI NURSERY students, their siblings, cousins, and friends from different schools/countries.
- Entries are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The registration deadline is 30th June 2025.
- Seats are limited to maintain the quality of training and follow the Health Guidelines.
- There is no refund in case of cancellation or absenteeism for any reason.
- The campers who will be enrolled for 2 or 3 weeks will be taken out on a half-day field trip as per their year groups in Week 3. The tentative venues are Oshwal Park, Arboretum, or Karura Forest.
- Kindly fill out the indemnity and mention the M-Pesa details in the form at the Reception office before the deadline.
- The school will provide the learners with activity equipment and resources during the camp.
- To avoid distraction to our kids, no parents, shadow teacher, or nanny is allowed to be present during the camp.
- The school provides a good staff-to-student ratio to monitor your child’s needs, health, and safety.
- Please send healthy food, fruits, dry fruits, a water bottle, juice/milk, and healthy and heavy snacks. Only vegetarian food is permitted on school premises.
- Kindly note that campers must be dressed in sportswear and comfortable shoes.
- The school remains closed for campers on Public Holidays and Weekends.
- Parents have to arrange the transport (own pick-up and drop-off).
- There will be no class adjustments if any child reports late or is absent for the day/s mentioned.
- We shall have a first aider on duty for first aid.
- Do not send your ward if he/she is sick/unwell.
- Please label every belonging; the school will not be responsible for any loss of belongings.
- Ensure that you drop your child off on time at the Oshwal Nursery, near the Reception office only.
- Parking will be available for parents at Oshwal Nursery and Oshwal Complex for a limited time to avoid traffic.
- Drop-off time is from 8.45 am, and pick-up time is from 1.00 pm for students attending the holiday camp at Oshwal Academy, Nairobi Senior High.
