PIPSSA SCHOOLS INTER SCHOOL STROKE GALA in ASSOCIATION WITH OSHWAL ACADEMY NAIROBI NURSERY

VENUE: OSHWAL COMPLEX CLUB
Dear Parents/Caregivers,
Greetings.
Your child has been chosen and invited to the stroke swimming gala that will take place at Oshwal complex club on Wambugu Road Parklands from 8: 30 a.m. Estimated Finish time 2:30 p.m. However his/her participation is completely voluntary.
RULES AND REGULATIONS.
- Age category – 9 years and under (4-5, 6-7, 8-9 Years old).
- The stroke gala will start at 9:00 a.m. Kindly note that all participating schools are requested to be at the venue by 8:30 a.m.
- There will be a participation fee of ksh 1,500/= per swimmer.
- There will be NO spectator fee at the gate
- Awards a certificates of participation and a medal will be awarded to all participants.
- All entries and results will be analyzed using the meet manager.
- Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, 1st October 2024
- ALL ENTRY PAYMENTS MUST BE DONE BEFORE PARTICIPATION.
- Qualified and competent medics together with an ambulance will be at the venue. In case of any emergency.
- All swimmers are to carry snacks and water.
