Dear Mothers/Caregivers,
Greetings.
Every year on March 8th, the world observes Women’s Day to commemorate women and their extraordinary contributions to society. The roles that women play as daughters, wives, mothers, sisters, homemakers, and powerful members of society are also honoured on this unique day. Therefore, keeping the aforementioned in mind, the OANN has planned an event called “Meet the Most Empowered Women of the World.”
We request mothers to dress as women in leadership roles all over the world and walk on stage with their child/ren to create a positive impact by imparting knowledge.
Examples include the humanitarian Mother Teresa, the Indian-American executive Indra Nooyi, the educator and social reformer Savithribhai Phule, the freedom fighter Rani of Jhansi, Kamala Harris The Vice President of the United States, Cleopatra VII, the leader of Egypt, Angela Merkel, the leader of Germany, and the political activist Wangari Maathai of Kenya.
This event will take place during school hours and the light refreshments will be served.
Timings for mothers to attend their year group event on Fri, 8th March 2024 in MPH 2 are as follows: –
- Reception at 8:45 am
- KG and IED at 10.15 am
- PG and PS at 11.30 am
