Date: 31st July to 11th August 2023 (WEEK 1 and 2 on weekdays) 

Time: 12:15 m to 2:00 pm  

Age Group: 4 years to 7 years old  

Cost: 4000Ksh per week each child  

This event will offer TRIATHLON TRAINING specifically designed for children between the ages of 4 and 7. Triathlons typically consist of Swimming, Cycling, and Running. They provide a fun and engaging way for children to develop their mindset, physical abilities and build endurance.  

During this training, the children will receive guidance and support from experienced instructors who will help them learn the basic skills required for each discipline required for upcoming Triathlon Championships to be conducted in the Scholastic Year 2023-2024. 

Children may participate in activities that improve their swimming techniques, cycling abilities, and running skills and learn about the rules and regulations. 

Participating in a Triathlon Training event at a young age can promote physical fitness, coordination, and overall well-being in children. It’s an excellent opportunity for them to learn about sportsmanship, teamwork, and the joy of participating in a multi-disciplinary sport.
