For the New Year 2023, we are introducing YOGA Classes by instructor Komal Shah who is a qualified Yoga Therapist Nutritionist and Naturopath.
As a holistic school we value physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Our school will begin offering Saturday yoga lessons from 14th January 2023. OPEN to ALL and divided into two batches. Age groups 5 to 13 years and 14 years and above.
The cost is 3500 Ksh for those under 13 years and 4500 Ksh for those are 14 years and above.
